What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the design and implementation of complex web applications and services, covering front-end, back-end, and database layers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring quality through unit testing, integration testing, and comprehensive code reviews.
• Contribute to technical architecture discussions, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver features.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering continuous learning within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Career level: Senior full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development roles. Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), extensive experience with at least one back-end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, C#), solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, and proven experience in designing and building RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems, familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices, experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), a portfolio of relevant projects or open-source contributions, and knowledge of testing frameworks and strategies.
