What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Architect, design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable full-stack applications.
• Leadership: Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers on projects.
• Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions by partnering with product and design teams.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to optimize application performance and reliability.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in development processes and advocate for best practices like CI/CD and automated testing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, with a solid foundation in software development principles.
• Experience: 5+ years building full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js), back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go), and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Extensive experience developing RESTful APIs and deploying solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skills: Git proficiency, comprehensive testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end), exceptional analytical problem-solving and debugging skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bonus: Master’s degree, experience with GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), container orchestration (Kubernetes), message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), agile development environments, or open-source contributions.
