Marketing Communications Intern

Company: ICU Medical

Salary Range: $20/hour – $26/hour

Position Summary

The Marketing Communications Intern will provide crucial support to the in-house Corporate Marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience across the entire materials development process, with a primary focus on account management and coordination. Interns will gain exposure to various stages of creative project execution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and documenting project briefs, ensuring clarity and accessibility of project requirements.
  • Help with project tracking and timeline management, contributing to efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate review cycles for various marketing materials, facilitating feedback collection and incorporation.
  • Support content development tasks, gaining practical experience in creating compelling marketing messages.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Clear and concise communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail: Meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in all outputs.
  • Interest in growing into expanded marketing communications responsibilities: Eagerness to learn and take on more challenges within the marketing field.

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma required.

Work Environment

  • This is primarily a sedentary role, involving desk-based tasks.
  • The job operates within a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment.
  • Travel requirements are typically less than 5% of the time.
