• Mission: Perform vehicle maintenance to build customer trust and ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain: Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate: Regularly and effectively communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document: Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly on each vehicle’s repair order.
• Develop: Stay current with factory technical bulletins and actively participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Serve: Provide an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty and confidence in AutoNation’s care.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School diploma or equivalent. This is an early career role focused on automotive vehicle maintenance.
• Experience: Preferred experience as an express or quick lube technician.
• Skills: Attention to detail, ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety, and possession of a valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.
