• Mission: To support the Electrical business by setting up and performing product tests to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Test Execution: Set up test equipment and apparatus, then perform necessary tests according to specifications.
• Sample Preparation: Prepare test samples meticulously following specified guidelines.
• Data Analysis: Conduct basic analysis of test data and perform routine calculations.
• Safety & Professionalism: Diligently practice safety, adhere to OSHA standards, use safety equipment, and interact professionally with customers.
• Equipment Management: Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment, along with maintaining work sites and tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Early Career.
• Experience: No experience required. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable driving record, and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Skills: Ability to use basic shop equipment and various hand tools, review and understand technical information, communicate effectively, be detailed-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Bonus: Trade school certification or an associate degree in a technical field, 1+ years of relatable experience, OSHA safety certification, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
