What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Perform a variety of entry-level work within an assigned functional area, contributing to the daily workflow and operational efficiency of the department under direct supervision. These tasks are varied and designed to provide a broad understanding of the department’s functions.
• Skill Development: Engage actively in a structured learning environment, receiving comprehensive instruction and on-the-job training from experienced employees and supervisors. This training covers essential processes, established procedures, and the operational nuances critical to the healthcare setting.
• Customer Service Excellence: Uphold AtlantiCare’s commitment to quality by providing attentive and effective customer service, ensuring positive interactions with patients, visitors, and fellow team members. This directly supports organizational goals.

The Must-Haves
