About the Job: Mechanical Design Engineer – Autonomous Maritime Platforms

Basic Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field.

Clearance Requirements

A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Project/Program Overview

This role focuses on advancing the intelligence and capabilities of maritime systems, specifically through the design and development of autonomous subsea platforms.

Role and Position Objectives

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be an integral member of a cross-functional team. Your primary responsibility will involve the design and development of advanced autonomous subsea systems and vehicles, contributing to the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Preferred Skills or Experiences

We encourage you to apply if you have any of the following skills or experiences:

  • Mechanical Engineering Design expertise.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks MCAD and PTC Windchill Software.
  • An engineering background in the Undersea Domain.

Workplace Options

This position is fully on-site. You will be a part of the Quincy, MA facility.

Target Salary Range

USD $77,843.00/Yr. – USD $86,358.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
