What You’ll Do

This role is central to our growth strategy in the U.S. market, focusing on generating qualified leads through proactive outbound engagement. You will work U.S. business hours and utilize CRM tools to manage and expand our pipeline.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new business opportunities specifically in the U.S. market.
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads within target insurance and insurtech segments.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in the CRM (preferably HubSpot).
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach, qualification, and pipeline targets.
  • Stay informed on insurance industry trends, insurtech innovations, and competitor offerings to enhance your outreach.

What We Need

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual with a proven track record in sales development within a fast-paced tech environment.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Outreach role for an IT/SaaS/tech company.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
  • Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote or global team setup is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to manage pipeline activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must for engaging with prospects.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of outreach activities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage multiple leads.
  • Experience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is a significant plus.
  • Must be based in the US/Mexico/Canada.
