As a Pest Control Technician, you will be a vital link, solving pest challenges, protecting homes and businesses, and building lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Diagnosis: Diagnose and resolve existing pest and rodent problems effectively.
• Prevention: Recommend and implement corrective and preventative actions to mitigate future pest issues.
• Protection: Protect homes and businesses by solving pest challenges for community members.
• Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level role for individuals seeking a new career, with comprehensive hands-on training provided as no prior experience is required.
• Experience: Must be 21 years old or older. Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Demonstrate familiarity with computers and smartphones, and be comfortable working outdoors. Reliable transportation to reach the starting location is required.
• Skills: Exhibit great customer service skills and a passion for helping others. Possess a strong work ethic and dedication to problem-solving. Maintain a safety-first approach in all tasks.
• Bonus: A high school degree or equivalent is preferred.
