What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements for core web applications, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.
• Build robust and scalable back-end services, APIs, and microservices using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Craft responsive, intuitive, and performant front-end user interfaces, focusing on user experience and accessibility.
• Partner closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and architect effective solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products, including strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, and familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Skills: Expertise in at least one modern back-end language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js, C#) and related frameworks, proficiency in a modern front-end framework/library (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), strong understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript), and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science, experience with microservices architecture or GraphQL, knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, experience with testing frameworks, prior leadership or mentorship roles, or contributions to open-source projects.
