Role Description

This is a seasonal full-time, on-site position available in Urbandale, IA, Iowa City, IA, or Madison, WI. As an Entry-Level Household Mover, you will be a vital part of our team, assisting with all aspects of the moving process. Each day offers a dynamic, physically active environment with ample opportunities to develop your teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading household items with utmost care and precision.
• Collaborate closely with your team to ensure every move is executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency throughout all tasks.
• Interact directly with customers, striving to provide a positive and stress-free moving experience.
• Contribute to a cooperative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy items, with a strong commitment to safety protocols.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, essential for coordinated and efficient moves.
• A customer service-oriented mindset, coupled with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in varied and dynamic situations.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable mode of transportation, and ability to pass a background check is required.
• Ability to work on-site in one of our specified locations: Urbandale, IA, Iowa City, IA, or Madison, WI.
