Job Summary
Under general supervision from Assistant Superintendent of Business, and/or Assistant Director of Fiscal Services, the Payroll Assistant performs payroll and fringe benefit record keeping and reconciliation; general liability, workers compensation, injury and illness prevention, and related areas of risk management, identified according to district needs; performs other related tasks as required.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Pay Range: $25.40 – $34.77 Per Hour
- Additional Salary Info: $25.40 – $34.77
- Length of Work Year: 264 days / 12 months
- Work Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate of Arts (AA) degree is preferred.
- Two years of general office clerical experience, including work with payroll, insurance, financial, statistical, or similar duties requiring the use of arithmetic and accurate record keeping.
