HIRING: Executive Assistant to CEO
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: In-Person – Michigan Based (Birmingham, MI and Newport Beach, CA)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Executive Assistant to the CEO to support a high-performing entrepreneur who owns and operates multiple successful businesses. These ventures include a rapidly growing small multifamily real estate portfolio (comprising hundreds of units), a dynamic real estate team, and an impactful online education/coaching platform serving hundreds of students across multiple countries.
This pivotal role requires an individual who can operate at an exceptionally high level, seamlessly managing responsibilities across diverse business operations and personal logistics. You will be deeply involved in day-to-day execution, with a primary focus on driving efficiency, aggressively protecting the owner’s time, and meticulously ensuring that no detail falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Executive Support
- Meticulously manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and prioritize commitments to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate and arrange all meetings, calls, events, and travel logistics with precision.
- Act as a gatekeeper, proactively filtering communication and aggressively protecting the CEO’s valuable time.
- Provide comprehensive household support, including dog walking, home organization, light cleaning duties, and managing external service providers such as cleaners, pool maintenance teams, and landscapers.
- Execute various errands, schedule appointments, and coordinate personal logistics efficiently.
Business Operations
- Provide dedicated assistance across multiple company entities (real estate portfolio, brokerage operations, and the coaching platform).
- Diligently track key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for communication with team members, vendors, brokers, and strategic partners.
- Actively contribute to implementing new systems and continuously improving existing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Real Estate Support
- Facilitate seamless coordination with our property management team and internal real estate department.
- Maintain accurate records of real estate deals, manage the underwriting process, and track the acquisition pipeline.
- Provide crucial support during due diligence processes, organize critical documents, and assist with closing procedures.
- Help monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Net Operating Income (NOI), occupancy rates, and collections.
Content & Brand Support
- Assist in the coordination of content creation initiatives for platforms such as YouTube, social media channels, and email marketing.
- Organize content shoots, manage production schedules, and ensure all deliverables are met.
- Collaborate effectively with external editors, marketers, and various contractors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content and guarantee that all deadlines are strictly adhered to.
Travel & Logistics
- Efficiently book and manage all aspects of travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, and event registrations.
- Be readily available and willing to travel as required to support business needs.
- Provide on-site coordination and assistance during events, property visits, or other essential business trips.
