Position Overview: Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role is crucial in supporting our operational efficiency by managing vital information, tracking key resources, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The successful candidate will be a proactive contributor to our fast-paced industrial services environment.
Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:
- Time & Personnel Tracking: Monitor and track employee time and personnel swipes to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Work Order Management: Efficiently track and manage work orders from inception to completion.
- Information Management: Gather, enter, collect, and organize critical job-related information with precision.
- Document Handling: Responsible for mailing and scanning various paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and archiving.
- Equipment Tracking: Maintain accurate records of company equipment.
- Reporting: Generate and run various reports as needed to support operations and management decisions.
- Estimates & Proposals: Assist in entering estimates and proposals.
- General Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support company personnel and operations.
