What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Optimisation: Enhance search engine performance by optimising website content, conducting keyword research, and supporting blog and backlink strategies.
• Platform Improvement: Elevate user experience by improving website layout, user journeys (WordPress), and optimising landing pages.
• Digital Outreach: Support social media content (LinkedIn), assist with email campaigns, and explore audience engagement strategies.
• Performance Measurement: Track key metrics such as traffic and engagement, support reporting, and identify growth opportunities.
• Process Automation: Research and explore automation tools to improve platform efficiency and internal processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career; studying or recently graduated in marketing, business, IT, or related fields.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in digital growth, SEO, or online platforms; proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, or email platforms; basic understanding of SEO or content marketing; interest in automation tools or AI platforms.
