This isn’t a sit-at-a-desk-and-make-copies internship. One day you might be crafting Instagram content, the next you might be on a job site swinging a hammer or running materials across town. What You’ll Do

Your role will shift based on where the business needs you most, but here’s a taste of what to expect:

• Social Media & Content — Create engaging content across platforms, help grow our online presence, and keep our brand voice consistent.
• Marketing & Analytics — Track and analyze our advertising efforts, pull performance data, and help us understand what’s working and what’s not.
• Client Relations — Communicate with clients professionally, help answer questions, and make sure people feel taken care of.
• Operations & Logistics — Run errands, pick up supplies, coordinate tasks, and do whatever it takes to keep things moving.
• On-Site Support — Depending on the day, you may be asked to roll up your sleeves and assist with hands-on tasks at a job site.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone self-motivated who doesn’t need to be micromanaged.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats — and switching between them fast.
• Strong communicator, both in writing and in person.
• Social media savvy with an eye for good content.
• Reliable, resourceful, and genuinely excited about being part of a growing business.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, or recent graduate (preferred but not required).

Hours & Growth Potential

This position starts at 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. As the business grows, so will the opportunity — we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just punch a clock for a semester.
