Summer Intern – Part Time | Bluu, Inc.

The Tone:
This is an internship at Bluu, Inc., located in Hackensack, NJ. Bluu, Inc. is a technology and payments solutions provider that develops Point-of-Sale (POS) hardware, software, and payment processing services for various merchants, including restaurants, retail, and salons. This role supports the SAQ Operations team in managing merchant PCI compliance processes. It provides valuable hands-on experience in payment processing, compliance operations, and merchant support, contributing to the company’s commitment to innovating the merchant experience.

• Mission: Manages merchant PCI compliance processes by assisting with administration of account activations, IP registrations, network scan updates, and PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaires.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor: Oversee incoming Account Activation Request (AAR), IP registration, and network scan update requests for compliance.
• Register: Input Account Activation Requests into the bluu ERP system using the appropriate ISO code for accurate record-keeping.
• Update: Maintain merchant IP address registrations and network scan information within the bluu ERP system to ensure current data.
• Assist: Guide merchants through the PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) process by answering questions and offering general support.
• Document: Keep precise records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of all compliance requests.

• Experience: Willingness to learn about payment processing, compliance operations, and merchant support. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
