Year Up United Program Overview
Year Up United is an intensive, one-year or less job training program designed to equip young adults with the skills and opportunities needed to launch a professional career. The program combines rigorous in-classroom skill development with practical experience, offering access to internships and/or job placement services, along with personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants also receive an educational stipend throughout the program.
This program uniquely blends technical and professional training with direct access to internships and robust job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm, YUPRO Placement. Internships may be offered at prominent organizations in the New York | New Jersey area, including but not limited to BNY Mellon, Fidelity, and Bank of America.
Eligibility Requirements
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
- You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying
