Specialized Fiduciary Administrator I (SFA I)

Location: Providence, RI

Job Description:

The Specialized Fiduciary Administrator I plays a crucial role in providing essential administrative and operational support to key stakeholders within the Private Bank space. This position involves performing routine administrative duties necessary for account administration and effectively serving client needs. Key expectations include acting as an additional point of contact for clients and fostering collaboration with various business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with a variety of administrative and office management duties, including conducting account maintenance, preparing correspondence, monitoring and preparing reports, and managing orders for office supplies and equipment.
  • Participates in special projects, prepares comprehensive reports, and supports ongoing research efforts.
  • Supports the resolution of client issues and concerns, ensuring strict adherence to all established policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to ensuring accounts consistently meet the fiduciary standard by complying with both internal policy guidelines and industry regulations.

Minimum Education Requirement:
