What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design, build/configure, test, validate, document, and provide ongoing support for healthcare applications.
• Implement: Implement, administer, and support assigned systems under the guidance of senior team members.
• Analyze: Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems.
• Document: Document workflows, configuration activities, change management adherence, and training information in appropriate systems.
• Support: Provide technical and functional analyst support for various systems, including Electronic Health Records and ERP platforms.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; Early Career with an interest in the Healthcare IT Industry.
• Experience: US work authorization required.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), superb analytical and time management skills, self-motivated, and results-focused with problem-solving ability.
• Bonus: Internships or research project work in a healthcare setting are highly desired; understanding of data formats is preferred.
