Hiller Ford is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dedicated team in Franklin, WI. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for individuals passionate about the automotive industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Hiller Ford, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers on the sales floor and through various communication channels to understand their unique vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations, showcasing the features, benefits, and technologies of our extensive inventory of Ford vehicles.
  • Skillfully coordinate and facilitate test drives, providing customers with a hands-on experience of their potential new vehicle.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction for every customer.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale service and follow-up to ensure complete customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Hiller Ford’s inventory, current promotions, financing options, and the latest automotive trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive dealership culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven talent for building rapport and trusting relationships with diverse customers.
  • Sales & Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience and proven ability in sales roles, coupled with excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Automotive Passion (A Plus): A strong knowledge of automobiles and a genuine passion for the automotive industry is highly desirable, though not strictly required for eager learners.
  • Learning Agility: Eagerness and willingness to continuously learn about new products, promotions, automotive technologies, and dealership processes.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills are essential for utilizing dealership software systems and managing customer information.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college education or a relevant sales certification is a significant advantage.
  • Driving Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
