• Mission: This person will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and APIs for the company’s AI-powered platform.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications and services using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Architect Solutions: Collaborate with architects and product managers to define technical requirements and architect scalable solutions for new and existing features.
• Build User Interfaces: Develop responsive, intuitive, and performant user interfaces using cutting-edge front-end frameworks.
• Optimize Back-End: Construct and refine robust back-end APIs, microservices, and data storage solutions.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices in software development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Senior-level expertise in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular); demonstrated experience with back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot); solid understanding and experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases; experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs or GraphQL services; proficient with Git for collaborative development.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, agile development, knowledge of machine learning principles and integration with software applications, or contributions to open-source projects.
