• Location: Multiple locations including San Jose-CA, Anaheim-CA, Sacramento-CA, Tempe/Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas-NV, Portland-OR, Austin-TX, Dallas-TX, Temple-TX, Sterling-VA, Hanover-MD, Charlotte-NC, Nashville-TN, Boise-ID, Aiea-HI
• Pay: $25.55–$33.50 Hourly
• Mission: Gain hands-on experience and apply classroom concepts to real-world construction industry challenges while developing professional potential and building industry contacts.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Work alongside passionate mentors to solve real-world construction industry challenges across various departments such as Construction Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Estimating, and Safety, or in Corporate roles.
• Apply: Expand your knowledge beyond the classroom by directly applying the concepts and theories learned in your major field of study to ongoing industry projects.
• Develop: Cultivate your professional potential, receive constructive feedback from industry professionals on your strengths and weaknesses, and build a network of key contacts for future career opportunities.
• Explore: Gain practical insights that will help you determine your interest level in specific career fields within the electrical contracting and construction sectors.
• Engage: Attend Rosendin’s Internship Week in mid-June, where you will participate in subject matter discussions on topics like project management, estimating, engineering, and safety, visit live job sites, and partake in team-building events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree that aligns with Rosendin’s needs, which includes, but is not limited to, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Renewable Energy, Occupational Health & Safety, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, or Accounting.
• Experience: Possess relevant college coursework or prior work-related experience related to your field of study or Rosendin’s operational areas.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, detail-oriented and organized approach, demonstrated initiative to get the job done, and a collaborative team spirit.
