Marketing & Content Intern | Ambrosia Ventures
The Tone:
This is an internship at Ambrosia Ventures, located in New York City. Ambrosia Ventures is a life sciences strategy and M&A advisory firm that also develops intelligence platforms for the biopharma industry. This role is crucial for enhancing the brand’s presence across social media, video, and digital channels by producing dynamic visual content. The intern will significantly contribute to scaling content output and building a professional portfolio in the life sciences sector.

• Team: Integrates with the existing marketing team and reports to the Managing Partner.
• Mission: Serve as the NYC content engine, transforming events, meetings, and interviews into impactful content for immediate deployment.
• Tech Stack: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
What You’ll Actually Do
• Video Production: Produce short-form video content, including reels, clips, and event recaps, for social channels, shooting, editing, and delivering polished assets weekly.
• Photography Capture: Capture professional photography at industry conferences, client meetings, and team sessions in NYC to build a library of on-brand visual assets.
• Interview Support: Support the production of interview-style content with key figures by handling setup, lighting, audio, and post-production editing.
• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and schedule social media posts, contributing creative concepts for various digital formats.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics, such as engagement and reach, and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (rising juniors and seniors preferred) in marketing, communications, film/media production, digital media, graphic design, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit video content, evidenced by a portfolio, reel, or social media page.
• Skills: Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent), a strong visual eye for composition and branding consistency, ability to operate independently at shoots and events, and based in or able to commute to New York City for on-site content capture.
• Bonus: Experience managing or contributing to a brand’s social media channels, proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), photography skills with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and B2B social media, and an interest in life sciences, healthcare, biotech, or fintech.
