• Pay: $16–$20 hourly
• Mission: To provide essential support, companionship, and daily assistance to clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Living: Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Environment Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients.
• Health Support: Provide timely medication reminders and assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and offer assistance with eating.
• Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional support, including transportation to appointments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Caregiver. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior caregiving or healthcare experience is required; paid training is provided. Transferable skills from customer-facing roles like restaurants, food service, or hospitality are highly valued for their multitasking, composure, and reliability.
• Skills:
• Ability to pass a background check clearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Active automobile insurance.
