Sales Development Representative (SDR)

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join Monograph as a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative, based in our vibrant Tempe, AZ office. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our growth initiatives, building the foundation for new client relationships and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Identification & Qualification: Proactively identify, research, and qualify potential clients within the A&E sector, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-potential leads.
  • Strategic Outreach: Initiate compelling and tailored outreach campaigns across various channels (email, phone, social media) to prospective clients, effectively communicating Monograph’s value proposition.
  • Conversation Initiation: Skillfully engage prospects in meaningful conversations, uncovering their needs, challenges, and demonstrating how Monograph can address their specific operational goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and nurture your sales pipeline, meticulously tracking interactions, updates, and progress within our CRM system.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine strategies, share market insights, optimize lead handoffs, and collectively drive business growth.
  • Performance Contribution: Actively contribute to the overall success of the sales process, helping Monograph achieve and surpass its revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales & Lead Generation Acumen: Proven ability to strategically identify, research, and qualify potential customers, transforming prospects into valuable opportunities.
  • Demonstrated Communication & Sales Expertise: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, establish relationships, and deliver compelling, persuasive pitches.
  • Experience in Business Development: A track record of success in business development roles, with a clear focus on driving growth, achieving targets, and meeting revenue goals.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong commitment to achieving individual and team objectives.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Superior organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, enabling effective management of multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools is a significant advantage.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to thrive and contribute effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
