Job Overview
Responsible for providing service center support to flight attendants.
Key Responsibilities
- Flight Attendant Administrative Support: Provides service center telephone support to flight attendants by furnishing information, resolving problems, and coordinating personnel and related business issues and/or processes.
- Maintains familiarity with collective bargaining agreement, company and division practices and policies concerning crew schedule adjustments, personal or medical leaves, and other subjects to effectively process needs and/or requests.
- Monitors/Audits vendor services.
- Performs vendor site visits.
Work Location
This position is hybrid, located at Willis.
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a service center support environment
- Proficient in using desktop computer systems
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- International travel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Inflight Division
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with collective bargaining agreement
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $53,960.00 to $70,334.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related factors, such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
