What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications for user-centric features.
• Development: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Architecture: Architect and implement robust APIs and microservices to support evolving business needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, focused on software development.
• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js or Angular/Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3), strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go), and solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Bonus: Experience with real-time data processing, familiarity with serverless architectures, and understanding of security best practices in web application development.
