What You’ll Actually Do
• Architect, design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable, and secure full-stack applications and microservices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, actively participating in code reviews and adhering to best practices.
• Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship to junior engineers, contribute to the technical vision, and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and database layers, while contributing to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, development processes, and testing strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Skills: Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript); strong proficiency in back-end development with languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or Go; demonstrated experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra); solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium, JUnit); knowledge of performance tuning, monitoring tools, or security best practices; contributions to open-source projects.
