What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the development of new features and enhancements for flagship products, working across the entire software stack.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks, and build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using back-end technologies.
• Manage and optimize database schemas and queries, implement robust testing, and deploy applications in cloud environments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural discussions, and drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with a focus on full stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with expert proficiency in at least one modern front-end JavaScript framework and strong experience with back-end languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in Git, solid understanding of database systems (relational and NoSQL), experience with RESTful API design, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a technical field, experience with TypeScript, familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems, knowledge of performance optimization techniques, experience with CI/CD pipelines, understanding of security best practices, and previous experience mentoring junior developers.
