About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core data platform and advanced analytics features. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that delight customers, drive business growth, and align with our long-term strategic objectives. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring your product vision to life, playing a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and uncover new opportunities.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Prioritize product initiatives and manage the product backlog effectively, ensuring maximum impact, efficient resource allocation, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, launch, and iteration.
• Lead cross-functional teams, acting as the central hub for communication, decision-making, and problem-solving for your product initiatives.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics and KPIs, leveraging data insights to inform future product development and optimizations.
• Evangelize the product internally and externally, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements (e.g., in AI/ML, big data), and regulatory changes to identify new product opportunities and potential risks.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products, particularly in data platforms, analytics, or enterprise software.
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts, architecture, and communicate effectively with engineers and data scientists.
• Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern product development best practices.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong data-driven approach to product management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience working with AI/ML-driven products or features, and a good understanding of machine learning lifecycles.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design processes, with a passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) and A/B testing frameworks.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring junior product managers or leading small product teams.
• Prior experience working with global teams and managing products for an international user base.
