What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Strategy: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategic roadmap for AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and identified market opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery initiatives to pinpoint pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends within the artificial intelligence landscape.
• Product Definition: Translate intricate user and business requirements into precise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for both engineering and data science teams to execute.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial ideation and conceptualization through the development phases, successful launch, and subsequent post-launch iteration and optimization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design leads to ensure technical feasibility and optimal user experience, and partner with marketing and sales teams for go-to-market strategies and enablement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, serving as a Senior Product Manager.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management with a proven track record of successfully delivering software products to market, including at least 2 years of direct experience managing products that specifically leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. This also includes demonstrated expertise in defining, prioritizing, and executing product roadmaps from concept to launch, along with experience in market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive landscaping.
• Skills: Strong technical acumen enabling detailed discussions with engineering and data science teams, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and proficiency in agile development methodologies and common product management tools. Strategic thinking capabilities combined with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving are essential.
• Bonus: A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Additional preferred experience includes working with cloud-based AI platforms (such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML), familiarity with data governance, ethics, and responsible AI principles, or previous experience with B2B or enterprise software products.
