• Mission: This role will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power the company’s industry-leading SaaS platform.
• Tech Stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js (or Angular/Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, Node.js (with Express.js), Python (with Django/Flask), Java (with Spring Boot), PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, RESTful API design, Git, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, unit/integration/end-to-end testing frameworks, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and deploy robust web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality features.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future direction of the technology stack.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and reliability of the applications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. This is a senior-level position.
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience, including RESTful API design and various unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js (or similar modern frameworks), HTML5, and CSS3; extensive experience with Node.js (with Express.js), Python (with Django/Flask), or Java (with Spring Boot); solid understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases; proficiency with Git; familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, knowledge of microservices architecture, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, and an understanding of security best practices in web application development.
