What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Develop: Lead the design and implementation of complex features and services for both front-end and back-end systems using modern web technologies.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Architecture and Scalability: Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and highly performant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and company standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, focused on full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with proficiency in React.js for front-end and Node.js (Express.js) for back-end.
• Skills: Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5/CSS3, back-end languages like Node.js, relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful API design, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, real-time applications, message queues, and prior work in an agile startup environment.
