What You’ll Actually Do
• Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with Clients: Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s) effectively.
• Connect Candidates: Connect qualified candidates with clients, leading to successful placements.
• Source and Screen: Conduct cold calls, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews.
• Negotiate Offers: Assist in the negotiation of job offers between candidates and clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Open to various backgrounds; a background in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Marketing, or Sales is preferred.
• Experience: Ability to consistently perform high outbound activity to source both clients and candidates; comfort establishing and building relationships over the phone; strong data basing and technological skills.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective negotiation skills; integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset in all interactions.
• Bonus: A degree is preferred.
