• Team: Reports directly to a Crew Foreman.
• Mission: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Install: Install, maintain, and repair various commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC.
• Follow Directives: Execute tasks by following instructions from the crew Foreman and adhering to job specifications.
• Prioritize Safety: Perform all work in strict accordance with safety guidelines established by the company and industry.
• Uphold Professionalism: Maintain a strong level of professionalism on all job sites and during all work activities.
• Physical Performance: Perform required physical activities such as regularly lifting 25+ lbs (occasionally 50+ lbs), bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career level with a commitment to learning commercial roofing systems and contributing to a team-oriented environment. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience: No prior commercial roofing experience is explicitly required, as comprehensive in-house training will be provided to the right individuals.
• Skills:
• Physical Capability: Possess the physical ability to regularly lift objects weighing 25+ lbs, and occasionally 50+ lbs, along with the agility to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders for extended periods.
• Environmental Adaptability: Demonstrate the capacity to work effectively in diverse outdoor settings, enduring varying weather conditions throughout the year.
• Instruction Adherence: Exhibit a strong aptitude for following detailed instructions, performing work in strict accordance with established job specifications, and adhering to all company and industry safety guidelines.
• Logistics & Reliability: Maintain reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance at various job sites and the company warehouse.
• Professional Acumen: Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills to collaborate effectively with the crew and management while upholding a professional demeanor.
• Bonus: Commercial roofing experience is preferred for candidates, though not mandatory, and will be considered an advantage.
