Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
  • Partner strategically with clients to address and fill urgent position requirements.
  • Connect qualified candidates with client opportunities, leading to successful placements.
  • Demonstrate proficient use of various recruiting tools and materials.
  • Engage in cold calling, candidate qualification, screening, and interview preparation for both candidates and clients.
  • Assist in the negotiation of job offers between candidates and clients.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks on candidates.

Requirements

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Essential for building rapport and effective interactions.
  • Strong Data Basing and Technological Skills: Ability to navigate and utilize various digital tools effectively.
  • Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing, or Sales Background Preferred: Experience in these areas is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • High Outbound Activity: Must be comfortable and consistent in sourcing clients and candidates through proactive outreach.
  • Comfortable with Phone Communication: Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships over the phone.
  • High Ethical Standards: Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
  • Effective Negotiation Skills: Ability to facilitate successful job offer negotiations.
  • Degree Preferred but Not Required: Education is valued, but practical skills and motivation are highly prioritized.
