What You’ll Actually Do
• Implement Strategies: Use play, games, and evidence-based techniques to develop communication, social, and life skills in children.
• Conduct Sessions: Deliver engaging and compassionate sessions with children in their homes, CSD centers, or community settings.
• Follow Clinical Plans: Execute personalized plans developed by clinical leaders to support children’s progress.
• Document Progress: Observe and celebrate client breakthroughs, documenting small wins that contribute to significant growth.
• Adapt to Environments: Work effectively in flexible and varied environments where daily activities differ.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career position requiring Junior College or college credits/courses.
• Experience: No prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Skills:
• A genuine love for working with children and making a positive impact.
• Patience, energy, and optimism to bring to each session.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Flexible availability, particularly during Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand, keeping pace with clients.
