Internship Details

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Commitment: Must be able to commit to working full-time during the summer of 2026.
  • Travel: Travel will be required.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in good standing at a college or university.
  • Must currently be a rising senior, or a recent graduate.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and behaviors, including being:

  • Available to work full time with occasional evenings & weekends based on business needs.
  • Ability to commit to working full-time during the summer of 2026 (40 hours per week).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Interns will operate in a dynamic, multi-functional retail environment, requiring the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The role involves direct customer interaction and the ability to manage potentially difficult situations with dissatisfied customers.

  • Ability to work in a courteous manner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to frequently reach, lift, and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights up to approximately 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, move rapidly, bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are necessary.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures:
    • Approximately 150 degrees Fahrenheit while handling products in hot cases.
    • 35 degrees Fahrenheit while handling products in cold cases.
    • 28 degrees Fahrenheit while handling products in coolers.
    • -20 degrees Fahrenheit while handling products in freezers.
  • Primary working conditions consist of a temperature-controlled store environment.
  • Travel will be required.
