What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and develop: Create new features and enhancements for core web platforms, covering both front-end and back-end components.
• Write clean code: Produce efficient, well-documented code that adheres to established standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams: Work with product management, design, and QA to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Participate in code reviews: Ensure code quality, share knowledge, and foster continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers: Provide guidance on technical challenges, architectural decisions, and career growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3), strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java), expertise with relational and NoSQL database systems, experience with RESTful API design, solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, knowledge of GraphQL, familiarity with serverless computing, experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, or contributions to open-source projects.
