This position is critical for supporting and executing the marketing and business development strategy for the firm’s US corporate practice, impacting global initiatives. The role focuses on driving client engagement, enhancing the firm’s reputation, and fostering the growth of the corporate practice.

• Mission: To support and execute the marketing and business development strategy for the firm’s US corporate practice, driving client engagement and enhancing reputation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive engagement: Proactively respond to challenges and capitalize on opportunities within the US corporate practice.
• Execute strategy: Support and actively implement the comprehensive US and global corporate practice marketing and business development strategy.
• Manage proposals: Create, manage, and deliver compelling proposals and pitches, including for fast turn-around bids, strategic panels, and emergent opportunities.
• Oversee content: Produce and manage US corporate-specific content, campaigns, events, and relevant directory and award submissions.
• Develop opportunities: Identify and develop strategies for new business opportunities by staying informed about client needs, issues, and industry trends.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with proven experience in professional services business development.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience working for a professional services firm, specifically focused on corporate law.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, excellent collaboration skills, high attention to detail, and excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
• Bonus: Specific experience in restructuring and/or finance is preferred.
