Key Responsibilities of a Junior Event Assistant

• Represent and promote our clients in a professional and engaging manner
• Manage sales administrative tasks, including tracking and maintaining accurate sales records
• Interact with both new and existing customers face-to-face to strengthen relationships, improve retention, and generate new business opportunities
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to maintain engagement and satisfaction
• Deliver a high level of customer service on behalf of our clients and organization
• Assist customers by addressing questions and providing helpful guidance regarding products and services

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in marketing or customer service is beneficial but not required
• Experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role is considered an advantage
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
