The Opportunity: Licensed Insurance Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This is a versatile position, open to both part-time and full-time applicants, offering a hybrid work environment with flexibility for both local (St. George, UT area) and remote work. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients through their Medicare journey, ensuring they receive personalized recommendations and outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly guide clients through the selection process of suitable Medicare plans, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations tailored to each client’s specific health and financial circumstances.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all industry regulations and compliance standards throughout the consultation and application process.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up.
  • Efficiently process insurance applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service, consistently striving to meet and exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Proven expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage, with a solid understanding of the industry landscape.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, emphasizing excellent communication, active listening, and a genuinely client-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a hybrid work environment.
  • An active and valid health insurance license is required.
  • Experience in Medicare plan sales is strongly preferred and will be a significant advantage.

Location

While our headquarters is in St. George, Utah, we offer flexibility for this role to be either local to the St. George area or fully remote, depending on the candidate’s preference and qualifications.
