Founding Growth & Marketing (AI-Native)

We are seeking a few exceptional builders to help us create our marketing engine from the ground up (0→1). This is not a typical role – you will be expected to own growth, not just assist. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about AI, possess a deep understanding of modern digital growth strategies, and are eager to build something impactful from scratch.

Who You Are:

• Deep understanding of X (Twitter) + LinkedIn growth: You possess a proven ability to understand and leverage these platforms for significant audience growth, engagement, and community building. You know what makes content perform and how to cultivate a strong online presence.
• Already using AI tools for content / automation: You are an early adopter and proficient user of AI tools to generate compelling content, automate marketing tasks, analyze data, and enhance overall marketing efficiency. You see AI as a powerful co-pilot in your workflow.
• Move fast, test aggressively, strong taste: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are not afraid to experiment rapidly, iterate based on data, and have a keen eye for effective, engaging, and high-quality content and campaigns.
• Bonus: You’ve grown an account or run viral experiments: Demonstrable experience in successfully scaling social media accounts from early stages or executing impactful viral campaigns that generated significant buzz and reach is a significant advantage.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and scale our X + LinkedIn presence: Take full responsibility for developing, managing, and expanding our brand presence, thought leadership, and engagement across Twitter and LinkedIn. This includes content strategy, posting, community interaction, and performance analysis.
• Run viral growth experiments: Design, implement, and analyze innovative growth experiments aimed at achieving rapid, widespread, and organic reach. You’ll constantly be looking for new angles, formats, and narratives that resonate and spread.
• Build AI-powered marketing systems: Develop and integrate advanced AI tools and workflows to create scalable, efficient, and intelligent marketing systems. This could involve AI for content generation, personalization, analytics, and automation across various touchpoints.
• Work directly with founders on narrative + launches: Collaborate closely with the founders to shape our core brand narrative, messaging, and successful product and feature launches. You’ll translate technical innovations into compelling stories for our target audience.
