What You’ll Actually Do
• Application Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack web applications and services using modern technologies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions.
• Back-End Engineering: Develop and maintain highly performant, scalable, and reliable APIs and microservices.
• Front-End Engineering: Craft intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces using leading front-end frameworks.
• Technical Leadership: Participate in architectural discussions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure adherence to best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, specializing in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products and practical experience across diverse technologies.
• Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js. Strong programming skills in back-end languages like Node.js (preferred), Python (preferred), Go, Java, or C#. Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB), including ORMs and database optimization. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and Git. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda), testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress), open-source contributions, or Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
