This role is crucial for enhancing product quality and user experience by directly identifying, understanding, and fixing issues with AI assistance, rather than simply reporting them. It represents a new kind of software role, blending quality assurance, product thinking, and AI-powered implementation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude CLI to build and improve front-end product features efficiently.
• Review existing UI implementations to identify issues in behavior, logic, or overall user experience.
• Fix bugs directly using AI-assisted methods instead of solely documenting them for others.
• Evaluate front-end experiences through a rigorous, QA-minded lens, ensuring high product quality.
• Improve state management, component behavior, user interactions, and critical edge-case handling.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree Required. This is an early career internship focusing on front-end quality instincts and strong product judgment.
• Experience: 1–2 years of professional QA experience strongly preferred. Experience testing websites, web apps, or software products, and comfort using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Claude CLI for bug finding, code review, debugging, and implementation.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, strong product judgment, strong front-end quality instincts, the ability to recognize broken behavior, weak UX, and missing edge cases, and comfort using AI tools to speed up technical work.
• Bonus: QA bootcamp certificate or QA certification, experience with Claude CLI or similar AI-assisted coding tools, product management, UX, or design background, experience with user stories and acceptance criteria, and basic familiarity with front-end concepts such as component behavior, state changes, loading/empty/error states, and data limitations.
