You will work closely with our marketing team to not just post, but to architect a multi-platform machine, leveraging AI clones and automation to manage high-volume output and dominate our digital presence.

Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Management: Take full ownership of scheduling, engagement, and community management across all brand platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- AI Strategy Development: Design a comprehensive marketing plan that uses AI for market research and audience segmentation, identifying trending topics and audience sentiment.
- AI Content Engine: Utilize AI video tools (like HeyGen or Synthesia) to create “AI Clones” for high-frequency, compelling video content.
- Traditional Content Creation: Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Smart Automation: Build workflows (using Zapier/Make.com) to automate the distribution of content from one master idea into platform-specific posts, streamlining processes.
- Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the scheduling and publishing of posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Data-Driven Growth & Analytics: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools, preparing reports on key metrics. Use social media skills to analyze reach, monitor trends, and pivot strategies based on real-time performance.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement across all channels.
- Community Engagement & PR: Support public relations efforts by actively engaging with followers, managing relationships with influencers, and fostering robust community growth.
- Branding Initiatives: Collaborate on branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand voice across all digital channels.
- Advertising Support: Assist in running Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
- Brainstorming & Innovation: Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas, staying aligned with current digital marketing trends and exploring innovative AI applications.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or a highly motivated self-taught creator).
- AI-Curious: You’ve played with ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, or similar tools and want to explore the deeper potential of AI in marketing.
- Socially Fluent: You live on TikTok, Reels, and LinkedIn; you understand what makes a post go viral versus what makes it professional, and possess a strong understanding of platform-specific aesthetics.
- Adobe Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes.
- Video Skills: Basic video editing skills; experience with video editing software and an interest in AI video tools is advantageous.
- Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus.
- Analytics & SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
