Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively gather comprehensive information on assigned clients to understand their background and potential needs.
  • Initiate contact with clients to conduct needs assessments and deeply understand their specific requirements and challenges.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer retention and fostering loyalty through attentive service.
  • Ensure prompt, accurate, and professional responses to all client queries, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Cultivate and strengthen robust client relationships through consistent, meaningful, and proactive communication.
  • Accurately report on the status of accounts, providing insights into client health and engagement.
  • Proactively suggest relevant company products and services that are tailored to maximize client satisfaction and add value.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing details to clients.
  • Actively promote new products and services to existing customers, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or in a relevant sales-oriented role.
  • A solid understanding of fundamental sales principles combined with a demonstrated ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Exceptional (both verbal and written) communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and strong professional relationships.
  • Effective presentation skills to articulate value propositions clearly and strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Possess a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent time-management skills coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving attitude.
