What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate the on-boarding process, including scheduling orientation and managing new hire paperwork.
• Talent Management Support: Support regional Early Talent Management efforts by organizing career fairs, college visits, student interviews, and managing internship and co-op programs.
• Interview Facilitation: Facilitate interview arrangements for prospective candidates, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
• Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with candidate pre-boarding activities to prepare new hires, and manage necessary procedures for departing employees during off-boarding.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various internal functions, including Human Resources, Communications, and Operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related major from an accredited university. This is an early career internship.
• Experience: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. No specific years of prior experience are required.
• Skills: Demonstrated results-orientation, high initiative, ability to influence others, and effectiveness in a team environment. Must possess strong judgment and operate with high integrity.
