Pest Control Technician | Viking Pest Control

This is a full-time, in-person role at Viking Pest Control, serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. This role is vital for linking the company with clients, solving pest challenges, and protecting homes and businesses in the community.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time (8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime opportunity, Weekends as needed)
• Location: In person
• Mission: Solve existing pest and rodent problems for clients and recommend actions to prevent future issues.
• Tech Stack: computers, smartphones

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a vital link between the company and its clients.
• Problem Solving: Seek to solve existing pest and rodent problems for residential and commercial properties.
• Prevention: Recommend corrective actions and sustainable solutions to prevent future pest challenges.
• Community Impact: Help people in your community by effectively addressing their pest control needs.
• Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients through reliable and high-quality service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 21 years old or older; High school degree or equivalent (Preferred).
• Experience: No prior pest control experience is required as all hires receive hands-on training; A valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record is required; Reliable transportation is required.
• Skills: Great customer service skills, dedication and motivation, passion for helping and solving problems, a safety-first mindset, and a great work ethic.
• Bonus: Comfort in working outdoors; Familiarity with exposure to computers and smartphones.
